| 32 | 32 | | 5 Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "school" means any of the |

| 34 | 34 | | 7 (1) A public school, including a charter school. |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 8 (2) A state accredited school. |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 9 (3) A nonaccredited nonpublic school that has at least one (1) |

| 38 | 38 | | 11 (4) A laboratory school established under IC 20-24.5-2. |
