47 | 47 | | 2 fishing licenses under this section. |

48 | 48 | | 3 (c) As used in this section, "disabled veteran deer and turkey |

49 | 49 | | 4 hunting license bundle" means a license sold to a qualified |
---|
50 | 50 | | 5 individual who bundles the following licenses: |

51 | 51 | | 6 (1) A resident yearly license to take a deer with a shotgun, |
---|
52 | 52 | | 7 muzzle loading gun, rifle, or handgun. |
---|
53 | 53 | | 8 (2) A resident yearly license to take a deer with a: |
---|
54 | 54 | | 9 (A) bow and arrow; or |
---|
55 | 55 | | 10 (B) crossbow and bolt. |
---|
56 | 56 | | 11 (3) A resident yearly license to take a turkey in the spring |
---|
57 | 57 | | 12 turkey season and a turkey in the fall turkey season. |
---|
58 | 58 | | 13 (d) The disabled veteran deer and turkey hunting license bundle |
---|
59 | 59 | | 14 allows an individual to take one (1) antlered deer and two (2) |
---|
60 | 60 | | 15 antlerless deer or three (3) antlerless deer in the following seasons |

61 | 61 | | 16 combined in one (1) year: |

62 | 62 | | 17 (1) Archery. |

63 | 63 | | 18 (2) Firearms. |

76 | 76 | | 31 (d) (g) Each decade a qualified individual may obtain: |

78 | 78 | | 33 (A) a resident license to fish that is valid for ten (10) years; |

80 | 80 | | 35 (B) a resident license to hunt that is valid for ten (10) years; or |

81 | 81 | | 36 (2) a resident license to hunt and fish that is valid for ten (10) |

83 | 83 | | 38 by paying a reduced license fee of twenty-seven dollars and fifty cents |

85 | 85 | | 40 (e) (h) An applicant for a reduced fee license under this section |

---|
93 | 93 | | 5 county in which the individual resides. |
