37 | 37 | | 5 Sec. 1. (a) As used in this chapter, "department of labor" refers |

38 | 38 | | 6 to the department of labor created by IC 22-1-1-1. |

39 | 39 | | 7 (b) As used in this chapter, "department of veterans' affairs" |

40 | 40 | | 8 refers to the Indiana department of veterans' affairs established by |

41 | 41 | | 9 IC 10-17-1-2. |

42 | 42 | | 10 Sec. 2. The department of labor shall consult with the |

43 | 43 | | 11 department of veterans' affairs to create and distribute to |
---|
44 | 44 | | 12 employers described in section 4 of this chapter a veterans' benefits |

46 | 46 | | 14 Sec. 3. The poster described in section 2 of this chapter must |

48 | 48 | | 16 (1) information concerning benefits and services available to |
---|
49 | 49 | | 17 veterans, including: |

52 | 52 | | 2 (B) federal disability compensation; |

55 | 55 | | 5 (E) tax credits, exemptions, and refunds; |
---|
56 | 56 | | 6 (F) Indiana veteran driver's licenses and photo |
---|
57 | 57 | | 7 identification cards; |
---|
58 | 58 | | 8 (G) free or low cost legal assistance; and |
---|
59 | 59 | | 9 (H) minority veteran resources; and |
