RESOLUTION No. ____
1 A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION to convene a Joint
2 Session of the 123rd General Assembly of the State of Indiana.
3 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives
4 of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana,
5 the Senate concurring:
6 SECTION 1. That a joint convention of the Senate and
7 House of Representatives be convened, to meet in the Chamber
8 of the House of Representatives at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, January
9 9, 2024, to receive the Governor's message that will be given in
10 compliance with Article 5, Section 13 of the Constitution of the
11 State of Indiana, and the Speaker of the House is directed to
12 appoint a committee of four members of the House of
13 Representatives to transmit this resolution to the Senate and
14 report to the House of Representatives such actions as the
15 Senate may take.
