| 19 | 19 | | 5 Puerto Rico, New Zealand, Ireland, and India; |

| 20 | 20 | | 6 Whereas, From 2021 to 2023, Altrusa International of |

| 21 | 21 | | 7 Muncie, Indiana, Inc., provided over 1,500 hours of service to |

| 22 | 22 | | 8 literacy projects and donated over 167,000 books to children in |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | 9 Muncie and Delaware counties; |

| 24 | 24 | | 10 Whereas, For the past 36 years, the club has sponsored an |

| 25 | 25 | | 11 annual community-wide fourth grade essay contest; |

| 26 | 26 | | 12 Whereas, The club has partnered with multiple community |

| 27 | 27 | | 13 groups, such as Muncie Community Schools, Second Harvest |

| 28 | 28 | | 14 Food Bank, The Soup Kitchen of Muncie, and Classroom |

| 29 | 29 | | 15 Connections of East Central Indiana to provide service to |

| 30 | 30 | | 16 women, children, and families; |
