| 16 | 16 | | 4 Harpersville, Alabama, on August 12, 1950, to Willie and |

| 17 | 17 | | 5 Burnie McGinnis; |

| 18 | 18 | | 6 Whereas, McGinnis was a graduate of George Washington |

| 19 | 19 | | 7 High School where he led his team to a 31-0 record and an |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | 8 Indiana state basketball championship in 1969; |

| 21 | 21 | | 9 Whereas, He set an Indiana State Tournament scoring |

| 22 | 22 | | 10 record by scoring 148 points in his final four games and was |

| 23 | 23 | | 11 named Mr. Basketball for the state of Indiana in 1969; |
