SENATE RESOLUTION ____
MADAM PRESIDENT:
I offer the following resolution and move its adoption:
1 A SENATE RESOLUTION honoring the 2024 Senate
2 Majority Caucus interns and thanking them for their faithful
3 service to the Indiana General Assembly.
4 Whereas, Throughout the Second Regular Session of the
5 One Hundred Twenty-Third Indiana General Assembly, the
6 Senate Majority Caucus interns have provided the Senators of
7 the Republican Caucus, individually and collectively, with
8 outstanding assistance and support;
9 Whereas, Those serving so ably this session include
10 Jackson Barrett, Kennedy Beghtel, Collin Brown, Taylor
11 Coney, Morgan Conrad, Christopher Curts, Nathan Davis,
12 Elijah Dunham, Michael Emigh, Paige Fowler, Timothy Fox,
13 Annabel Freeman, Dylan Hallada, Tomiya Hamer, Tyler Hicks,
14 Ellie Ioannides, Abigail Jacobs, Sam Johnson, Miles Klube,
15 Mya Lancaster, Kylee Leahy, Archit Malik, Mia Mencias,
16 Daniel Rivera-Mills, Savannah Mundy, Harrison Parker,
17 Cameron Pannabecker, Miguel Salas Prieto, Kylie Reynolds,
18 Jarrett Rowe, Brayden Scering, Rex Snow, Jacob Stewart, Leah
19 Tanner, and Nick Wood;
20 Whereas, The Senate Majority Caucus interns represent

1 fourteen colleges and universities, including Ball State
2 University, Belmont Abbey College, Hanover College, Indiana
3 University, Indiana University Kokomo, Indiana University
4 Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Indiana University-Purdue
5 University Indianapolis, Ivy Tech Community College, Purdue
6 University, Saint Mary's College, Taylor University, University
7 of Indianapolis, University of Southern Indiana, and
8 Valparaiso University;
9 Whereas, The exemplary efforts of the Senate Majority
10 Caucus interns have contributed to the Senate's ability to be
11 more efficient and responsive to the citizens of the State of
12 Indiana; and
13 Whereas, It is fitting that the Senate Majority Caucus
14 interns are recognized for their hard work, time devoted, and
15 talents shared with the Indiana General Assembly: Therefore,
16 Be it resolved by the Senate of the
17 General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
18 SECTION 1. That the Indiana Senate honors and expresses
19 its full appreciation and sincere commendation to the 2024
20 Senate Majority Caucus interns.
21 SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Senate is hereby directed
22 to transmit copies of this Resolution to Kaitlyn Gomez, Senate
23 Majority Intern Coordinator, and each Senate Majority Caucus
24 intern who served during the Second Regular Session of the
25 One Hundred Twenty-Third General Assembly.
