| 14 | 14 | | 2 anniversary of the Town of Paragon's annual Homecoming |

| 16 | 16 | | 4 Whereas, The Town of Paragon, Indiana, a small |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 5 community of under 600 residents originally founded in the |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 6 early 1850s and located south of Martinsville on State Road 67, |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 7 hosts its annual Homecoming Festival each year over Labor |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | 8 Day Weekend; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | 9 Whereas, The Homecoming Festival began on Labor Day |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | 10 weekend in 1924 as a way to celebrate and welcome back to |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | 11 Paragon families and friends that had gone off into the world |

| 26 | 26 | | 14 Whereas, The Homecoming Festival continues to promote |

| 32 | 32 | | 20 Whereas, Paragon will celebrate 100 years of the |
