1338 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
14-SECTION 1. IC 32-31-4-5, AS AMENDED BY P.L.115-2007,
15-SECTION 5, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE
16-JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 5. If a tenant does not claim the tenant's property
17-within ninety (90) forty-five (45) days after receiving notice under
18-section 3 of this chapter, a warehouseman or storage facility may sell
19-the property received under this chapter under IC 26-1-7-210(b).
