[EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025] (a) There is1 2 appropriated to the therapeutic psilocybin research fund 3 established by IC 12-21-9-4: 4 (1) for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending 5 June 30, 2026, three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000); 6 and 7 (2) for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending 8 June 30, 2027, three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000); 9 from the state general fund for use by the division of mental health 10 and addiction to carry out the purpose of the therapeutic 11 psilocybin research fund. 12 (b) This SECTION expires July 1, 2027. 2025 IN 1166—LS 6642/DI 116
