2727 A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning
2828 Medicaid.
2929 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
3030 1 SECTION 1. IC 12-15-13-10 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA
3131 2 CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS
3232 3 [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 10. Beginning January 1, 2026,
3333 4 the office shall reimburse a provider for dental procedures
3434 5 performed where the patient is under anesthesia (code G0330 or its
3535 6 successor code) at an ambulatory outpatient surgical center (as
3636 7 defined in IC 16-18-2-14) at a rate that is equal to one hundred
3737 8 percent (100%) of the Medicare reimbursement rate for the same
3838 9 service.
