---|
63 | 63 | | 6 (5) limited liability company. |

64 | 64 | | 7 However, the term does not include a nonprofit health care system |

66 | 66 | | 9 Sec. 4. "Public funds" means money: |

67 | 67 | | 10 (1) derived from the revenue sources of an Indiana |

68 | 68 | | 11 governmental entity; and |

69 | 69 | | 12 (2) deposited into the general or a special fund of the Indiana |
---|
70 | 70 | | 13 governmental entity. |
