corporation to place a durable poster or framed picture representing the
text of the Ten Commandments in each school library and classroom.

A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning
education.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
1 SECTION 1. IC 20-30-3-6 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE
2 AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY
3 1, 2025]: Sec. 6. Subject to IC 36-1-16-2, each school corporation
4 shall place a durable poster or framed picture representing the text
5 of the Ten Commandments in each school library and classroom
6 within the school corporation.
