1349 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
14-SECTION 1. IC 12-14-31-4 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE

52+3 1, 2025]: Sec. 4. A household that, at the time of the office of the
53+4 secretary's initial determination of the household's income
54+5 eligibility for purposes of entry into the CCDF program, includes
55+6 a foster parent (as defined in IC 31-9-2-47) is eligible for assistance
56+7 under the CCDF program for children in foster care (as defined in
57+8 IC 31-9-2-46.7).
58+9 SECTION 2. IC 12-14-31-5 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE
59+10 AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY
