30 | 30 | | 2 FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 7. (a) This section |

32 | 32 | | 4 (1) is considered routine maintenance or upkeep; or |

33 | 33 | | 5 (2) does not require a building permit issued by a city, town, |
---|
34 | 34 | | 6 or county. |

35 | 35 | | 7 (b) Public work performed or contracted for on a public building, |

36 | 36 | | 8 the cost of which is more than one hundred thousand dollars |
