| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. IC 36-1-12-7 IS AMENDED TO READ AS |

| 30 | 30 | | 2 FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 7. (a) This section |

| 32 | 32 | | 4 (1) is considered routine maintenance or upkeep; or |

| 33 | 33 | | 5 (2) does not require a building permit issued by a city, town, |
