62 | 62 | | 17 (1) for more than eight (8) hours in one (1) day; |
---|
63 | 63 | | 18 (2) for more than forty (40) hours in one (1) calendar week; or |

85 | 85 | | 40 the cost of the inspection service. The establishment shall reimburse |
---|
86 | 86 | | 41 the board not later than thirty (30) days after assessment for overtime |
---|
87 | 87 | | 42 or legal overtime fees collected under this chapter. The fees must be |
---|

89 | 89 | | 1 deposited with the treasurer of state. All overtime fees deposited with |
---|
90 | 90 | | 2 the treasurer of state under this subsection are appropriated to the |
---|
91 | 91 | | 3 budget agency for allotment to the board for the administration and |
---|
92 | 92 | | 4 enforcement of this chapter. |
---|
93 | 93 | | 5 (d) The board may assign inspection personnel to more than one (1) |
---|
94 | 94 | | 6 establishment in order to efficiently use board personnel and resources. |
---|
