29 | 29 | | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana: |

32 | 32 | | 3 JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 18. (a) The authority shall, promptly following the |
---|
33 | 33 | | 4 close of each fiscal year, submit an annual report of its activities for the |
---|
34 | 34 | | 5 preceding year to the public finance director appointed under |
---|
35 | 35 | | 6 IC 5-1.2-3-6, the budget committee, and the general assembly. An |
---|
36 | 36 | | 7 annual report submitted under this section to the general assembly must |
---|
37 | 37 | | 8 be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. The report shall set forth a |
---|
38 | 38 | | 9 complete operating and financial statement of the authority during such |
---|
39 | 39 | | 10 year, and a copy of such report shall be available to inspection by the |
---|
40 | 40 | | 11 public at the Indianapolis office of the authority. The authority shall |
---|
41 | 41 | | 12 cause an audit of its books and accounts to be made at least once in |
---|
42 | 42 | | 13 each year by an independent certified public accountant and the cost |
---|
43 | 43 | | 14 thereof may be paid from any available money of the authority. |

44 | 44 | | 15 (b) The report submitted under subsection (a) must contain the |

45 | 45 | | 16 following information about the operations of the authority's |
