1336 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
14-SECTION 1. IC 20-34-4.5-0.2, AS ADDED BY P.L.117-2017,
15-SECTION 3, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE
16-JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 0.2. As used in this chapter, "emergency
17-medication" means any of the following:
18-(1) Albuterol.
19-(2) Epinephrine.
20-(3) Naloxone, A federal Food and Drug Administration
21-approved opioid overdose reversal medication, including
22-nasal spray, as an overdose intervention drug that is subject to
23-IC 16-42-27.
