28 | 28 | | 1 SECTION 1. IC 20-19-3-37.5 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA |

29 | 29 | | 2 CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS |

30 | 30 | | 3 [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 37.5. (a) Not later than July 1, |
---|
31 | 31 | | 4 2026, the department shall: |

32 | 32 | | 5 (1) establish; or |
---|
33 | 33 | | 6 (2) partner with a third party to establish; |
---|
34 | 34 | | 7 the Indiana student self-regulation program. The program must be |

35 | 35 | | 8 an online platform that encompasses innovative approaches to |

36 | 36 | | 9 assist students with self-regulation, resiliency, mental health, and |
