27	25		A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning
28	26		courts and court officers.
29	27		Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
30	28		1 SECTION 1. IC 33-33-84-22 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA
31	29		2 CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS
32	30		3 [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 22. (a) The judges of the Vigo
33	31		4 circuit court and Vigo superior court may jointly appoint one (1)
34	32		5 full-time magistrate under IC 33-23-5 to serve the circuit and
35	33		6 superior courts.
36	34		7 (b) The magistrate continues in office until removed by the
37	35		8 judges of the Vigo circuit and superior courts.
