| 11 | 11 | | 5 Paul Kaiser has announced his retirement, which will be |

| 12 | 12 | | 6 effective July 1, 2025. He has served as superintendent of the |

| 13 | 13 | | 7 district for the last four years; |

| 14 | 14 | | 8 Whereas, Dr. Kaiser has been an educator for 44 years, |

| 15 | 15 | | 9 dedicating his work to ensuring that students are academically |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 10 excellent, are prepared for a future career, and are overall |

| 17 | 17 | | 11 hard working. He has become an established and greatly |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 12 respected voice for the education of Hoosier children; |

| 19 | 19 | | 13 Whereas, Dr. Kaiser started his career as a teacher at |

| 20 | 20 | | 14 Kokomo Haworth High School, became an assistant principal |

| 26 | 26 | | 4 before being named superintendent of Monroe-Gregg Schools |
