379 | 379 | | 17 (k) A person who knowingly or intentionally makes a materially |
---|
380 | 380 | | 18 false statement to a dealer for the purpose of completing a |
---|
381 | 381 | | 19 transaction described in this section commits firearm transfer |

382 | 382 | | 20 fraud, a Level 6 felony. However, the offense is a Level 5 felony if |

383 | 383 | | 21 the person has a prior unrelated conviction under this subsection. |
