32 | 32 | | 3 JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 1. (a) As used in this chapter, "critical |
---|
33 | 33 | | 4 infrastructure facility" means any of the following: |
---|
34 | 34 | | 5 (1) A chemical manufacturing facility. |
---|
35 | 35 | | 6 (2) A refinery. |
---|
36 | 36 | | 7 (3) A steelmaking facility. |
---|
37 | 37 | | 8 (4) An aluminum manufacturing facility. |
---|
38 | 38 | | 9 (5) An electric utility facility, including: |
---|
39 | 39 | | 10 (A) a power plant; |
---|
40 | 40 | | 11 (B) a power generation facility peaker; |
---|
41 | 41 | | 12 (C) an electric transmission facility; |
---|
42 | 42 | | 13 (D) an electric station or substation; or |
---|
43 | 43 | | 14 (E) any other facility used to support the generation, |

61 | 61 | | 14 (8) A gasoline, propane, liquid natural gas (LNG), or other fuel |

63 | 63 | | 16 (9) A transportation facility, including, but not limited to, a port, |

64 | 64 | | 17 railroad switching yard, or trucking terminal. However, the term |
---|
65 | 65 | | 18 does not include a railroad track that is not part of a railroad |
---|

96 | 96 | | 6 infrastructure utility. |

97 | 97 | | 7 (18) A facility that is substantially similar to a facility, structure, |
---|
98 | 98 | | 8 or station listed in this subsection. |
---|
99 | 99 | | 9 (b) As used in this chapter, "critical infrastructure utility" means a |
---|
100 | 100 | | 10 person that owns or operates, for public use, any plant, equipment, |
---|
101 | 101 | | 11 property, franchise, or license for the production, storage, transmission, |
---|
102 | 102 | | 12 sale, or delivery of the items listed in subsection (a). |

103 | 103 | | 13 (c) As used in this chapter, "person" has the meaning set forth in |
