| 31 | 31 | | 15 Whereas, During the consideration of legislative business, |

| 32 | 32 | | 16 each house may, in the respective judgment of the President |

| 33 | 33 | | 17 Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of |

| 34 | 34 | | 18 Representatives, deem it necessary to adjourn and recess for |

| 35 | 35 | | 19 periods in excess of three (3) consecutive days and to operate |

| 37 | 37 | | 21 Whereas, Article 4, Section 10 of the Constitution of the |

| 52 | 52 | | 10 SECTION 1. That each House of the 124th Indiana General |

| 53 | 53 | | 11 Assembly hereby consents to any adjournment or recess of the |

|---|
| 55 | 55 | | 13 General Assembly for a period in excess of three (3) days, |
