1 A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION to convene a joint
2 convention of the 124th Indiana General Assembly to receive
3 the Chief Justice's report on the State of the Judiciary.
4 Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly
5 of the State of Indiana, the House of Representatives
6 concurring:
7 SECTION 1. That a joint convention of the Senate and
8 House of Representatives be convened to meet in the Chamber
9 of the House of Representatives at 2 p.m. on Wednesday,
10 January 29, 2025, to receive the Chief Justice's message which
11 will be given in compliance with Article 7, Section 3 of the
12 Constitution of the State of Indiana.
