| 19 | 19 | | 7 School and the loving husband of Rebecca Ann Caylor, whom |

| 20 | 20 | | 8 he happily married on July 8, 1989; |

| 21 | 21 | | 9 Whereas, Hev served as a firefighter with several |

| 22 | 22 | | 10 departments, including the Ridgeville Volunteer Fire |

| 23 | 23 | | 11 Department, for nearly 40 years and reached the rank of |

| 24 | 24 | | 12 Assistant Fire Chief; |

| 25 | 25 | | 13 Whereas, Hev dedicated his life to serving the Ridgeville |

| 26 | 26 | | 14 community with unwavering courage, compassion, and a |

| 27 | 27 | | 15 relentless commitment to helping others, having touched |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | 16 countless lives over the years; |

| 29 | 29 | | 17 Whereas, Outside of the department, Hev was a member of |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 18 the Sons of the American Legion Post 507 and the Randolph |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 19 County Horse and Pony Club and enjoyed farming, truck |

| 32 | 32 | | 20 driving, working with his hands, golfing, bowling, playing |

| 33 | 33 | | 21 cards, table tennis, horseback riding, trips to Brown County, |

| 34 | 34 | | 22 swimming, and afternoon drives with his wife; |
