| 14 | 14 | | 2 School senior Chloe Montague-Himmell. |

| 15 | 15 | | 3 Whereas, On Sunday, July 29, 2024, Chloe Montague- |

| 16 | 16 | | 4 Himmell, a senior at Zionsville High School came upon a |

| 17 | 17 | | 5 serious crash along I-70; |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 6 Whereas, The crash, which happened around mile marker |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 7 143 on the westbound side of I-70 in Wayne County, led her |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | 8 family to stop so that Chloe could help those involved who were |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | 9 unable to communicate in English; |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | 10 Whereas, Chloe's six years of Spanish classes, fluency in |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | 11 Spanish, and her ability to act as a translator aided EMS |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | 12 responders to provide the proper care to the victims at the |

| 25 | 25 | | 13 scene; |

| 26 | 26 | | 14 Whereas, Chloe's calm and caring approach made a |

| 27 | 27 | | 15 significant impact on this family by translating on scene and |

| 28 | 28 | | 16 she also accompanied the injured family members to the |

| 29 | 29 | | 17 hospital and translated for the on-call doctors in the emergency |
