15 | 15 | | 3 Whereas, On Sunday, July 29, 2024, Chloe Montague- |

16 | 16 | | 4 Himmell, a senior at Zionsville High School came upon a |

18 | 18 | | 6 Whereas, The crash, which happened around mile marker |

19 | 19 | | 7 143 on the westbound side of I-70 in Wayne County, led her |

20 | 20 | | 8 family to stop so that Chloe could help those involved who were |

21 | 21 | | 9 unable to communicate in English; |
---|
22 | 22 | | 10 Whereas, Chloe's six years of Spanish classes, fluency in |

23 | 23 | | 11 Spanish, and her ability to act as a translator aided EMS |
---|
24 | 24 | | 12 responders to provide the proper care to the victims at the |

26 | 26 | | 14 Whereas, Chloe's calm and caring approach made a |
