| 15 | 15 | | 3 Whereas, Rodrick Shane Lambert was born on January 11, |

| 16 | 16 | | 4 1972, in Franklin, Indiana; |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 5 Whereas, Rodrick Lambert graduated from Franklin |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 6 Community High School in 1991, joined the Wayne Township |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 7 Fire Department in 1992, and received his second-class |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | 8 firefighter certification in 1994; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | 9 Whereas, Rodrick was a fixture at Wayne Township fire |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | 10 stations, bringing his infectious spirit, smile, and inspiration to |

| 23 | 23 | | 11 firefighters; |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | 12 Whereas, Rodrick's courageous character allowed him to |

| 25 | 25 | | 13 overcome adversity; |
