| 11 | 11 | to the public for over-the-counter purchase in this state. No prescription | |
| 12 | 12 | order or consultation with a pharmacist or other healthcare professional | |
| 13 | 13 | shall be required for such purchase. | |
| 14 | 14 | Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its | |
| 15 | 15 | publication in the statute book. | |
