13 | 13 | Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas: | |
14 | 14 | Section 1. K.S.A. 65-4513 is hereby amended to read as follows: 65- | |
15 | 15 | 4513. The secretary shall establish a reasonable schedule of fees but in no | |
16 | 16 | case shall an individual operator examination fee exceed twenty-five | |
17 | 17 | dollars ($25) in any one year the cost of an individual operator | |
18 | 18 | certification exam. | |
19 | 19 | Sec. 2. K.S.A. 65-4506 and 65-4513 are hereby repealed. | |
20 | 20 | Sec. 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its | |
21 | 21 | publication in the statute book. | |
