SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 1601
A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION informing the Governor that the two houses of the
Legislature are duly organized and ready to receive communications.
Be it resolved by the Senate of the State of Kansas, the House of Representatives
concurring therein: That the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the
House of Representatives be appointed to wait upon the Governor and inform the
Governor that the two houses of the Legislature are duly organized and are ready
to receive any communications the Governor may have to present.
I hereby certify that the above CONCURRENT RESOLUTION originated in the SENATE, and
was adopted by that body
