AN ACT relating to the delivery of education and declaring an emergency. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
Section 1. School districts which implemented a test-to-stay program under 3
2021 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 4, sec. 4, shall ensure that no less than two testing 4
sites exist within the county to accommodate the testing of students and school staff. 5
Section 2. Whereas the Commonwealth's students and teachers continue to face 6
significant challenges due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, an emergency is declared 7
to exist, and this Act takes effect upon its passage and approval by the Governor or upon 8
its otherwise becoming a law. 9
