AN ACT relating to workforce development. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 154.1-740 is amended to read as follows: 3
(1) Volunteers shall be disciplined or dismissed for cause only. 4
(2) In the event any volunteer is disciplined or dismissed for cause, he or she may 5
appeal, within thirty (30) days, to Franklin Circuit Court for reinstatement. 6
(3) If reinstatement is ordered by the Franklin Circuit Court, the volunteer shall be 7
returned to his or her job immediately and made whole, provided the order is not 8
appealed to a higher court. 9
