AN ACT relating to the regulation of tobacco products and vapor products. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS 438.305 TO 438.340 IS CREATED 3
TO READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
Notwithstanding any Kentucky statute to the contrary, a city, county, urban-county 5
government, charter county government, consolidated local government, or unified 6
local government may impose restrictions or requirements on the use, display, sale, or 7
distribution of tobacco products or vapor products that are stricter than those imposed 8
under state law. 9
Section 2. The following KRS section is repealed: 10
