Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 164 IS CREATED TO 3
READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
No public or private postsecondary education institution operating in Kentucky shall 5
inquire about a prospective student's criminal history on an initial application form or 6
at any time during the admissions process, including admissions into graduate 7
programs, before the institution makes a final decision regarding the prospective 8
student's application for admission. 9
