AN ACT relating to appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 48.610 is amended to read as follows: 3
(1) By June 1 of the preceding fiscal year, each branch of government shall submit to 4
the Finance and Administration Cabinet a schedule of quarterly allotments of 5
appropriations for each budget unit of the branch for the next fiscal year. 6
(2) Allotments shall conform with the appropriations in the enacted branch budget bills 7
or other appropriation provisions. 8
