Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 75A IS CREATED TO 3
READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
Employees of a fire protection districted created pursuant to KRS Chapter 75 that are 5
now employees of consolidated emergency services district created pursuant to KRS 6
Chapter 75A shall be entitled to the same employee benefits as employees of fire 7
protection districts created pursuant to KRS Chapter 75. 8
