AN ACT relating to budget accounts. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 45.151 is amended to read as follows: 3
All capital construction projects or capital outlays authorized under this chapter for: 4
(1) The improvement of land;[ or] 5
(2) The construction, alteration, reconstruction, or major repair of: 6
(a) Any building or other structure;[, or ] 7
(b) Sewage disposal or water supply system;[,] or 8
(c) Any bridge or road, except a road and bridge under the jurisdiction of the 9
Department of Highways;[, authorized under this chapter] 10
shall be subject to the provisions of KRS Chapter 56. 11
