Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 12.100 is amended to read as follows: 3
In all cases where questions arise between agencies as to their respective functions, or 4
where agencies issue conflicting orders or make conflicting rules, the Governor with the 5
advice of the Governor's Executive Cabinet shall determine the questions, and action 6
shall be taken in accordance with the[such] determination. 7
