AN ACT relating to training fees. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 243.025 is amended to read as follows: 3
(1) All of the fees paid into the State Treasury for state licenses shall be credited to a 4
revolving trust and agency account, as provided in KRS 45.253, for the Department 5
of Alcoholic Beverage Control. 6
(2) (a) All fees associated with the department's server training program shall be 7
collected on a cost recovery basis and shall be credited to the revolving trust 8
and agency account established under subsection (1) of this section. 9
(b) The fee for the department's server training program shall not exceed ten 10
dollars ($10) per person per certification period. 11
(3) These moneys shall be used solely for the administration and enforcement of KRS 12
Chapters 241 to 244. The moneys in the account shall not lapse at the close of the 13
fiscal year. 14
