A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Mitchel T. Denham to the 1
Kentucky Personnel Board. 2
WHEREAS, on January 9, 2023, in accordance with KRS 18A.050 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2023-018, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Mitchel T. Denham to the 4
Kentucky Personnel Board for a term expiring January 1, 2027, to replace Beverly 5
Griffith; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Mitchel T. Denham has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 18A.050; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Mitchel T. Denham 13
to the Kentucky Personnel Board. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Mitchel T. Denham of Louisville, Jefferson County, 16
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
