A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Jacqueline Mayfield to the 1
Education Professional Standards Board. 2
WHEREAS, on July 18, 2022, in accordance with KRS 161.028 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2022-414, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Jacqueline Mayfield to 4
the Education Professional Standards Board for a term expiring June 30, 2025; and 5
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Jacqueline Mayfield has been determined to meet the requirements of 7
KRS 161.028, representing elementary school teachers; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Jacqueline 12
Mayfield to the Education Professional Standards Board. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Jacqueline Mayfield of Louisville, Jefferson County, 15
Kentucky and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 16
