A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Gregory Wade Cecil to the Fish 1
and Wildlife Resources Commission. 2
WHEREAS, on January 19, 2023, in accordance with KRS 150.022 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2023-032, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Gregory Wade Cecil to 4
the Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission to replace Brian Erick Mackey for a term 5
expiring December 31, 2025; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Gregory Wade Cecil has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 150.022, representing the Fourth Commission District; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Gregory Wade Cecil 13
to the Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Gregory Wade Cecil of Munfordville, Hart County, 16
Kentucky and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Suite 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
