A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Wayne Hunt to the Agricultural 1
Development Board. 2
WHEREAS, on July 12, 2022, in accordance with KRS 248.707 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2022-002, Commissioner Ryan F. Quarles reappointed Wayne Hunt to 4
the Agricultural Development Board for a term expiring on July 6, 2026; and 5
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Wayne Hunt has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
248.707, representing active farmers; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Wayne Hunt to the 12
Agricultural Development Board. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Wayne Hunt, Herndon, Christian County, Kentucky 42236 15
and to Commissioner Ryan F. Quarles, Corporate Drive Complex, Frankfort, Kentucky 16
40601. 17
