A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Robert H. Foree to the 1
Agricultural Development Board. 2
WHEREAS, on July 12, 2022, in accordance with KRS 248.707 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2022-002, Commissioner Ryan F. Quarles reappointed Robert H. Foree 4
to the Agricultural Development Board for a term expiring on July 6, 2026; and 5
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Robert H. Foree has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
248.707, representing attorneys with farm experience and familiarity with agriculture 8
policy; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Robert H. Foree to 13
the Agricultural Development Board. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Robert H. Foree, Eminence, Henry County, Kentucky and 16
to Commissioner Ryan F. Quarles, Corporate Drive Complex, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
