A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Russell Romine to the Kentucky 1
Public Transportation Infrastructure Authority. 2
WHEREAS, on May 25, 2022, in accordance with KRS 175B.015 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2022-296, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Russell Romine to the 4
Kentucky Public Transportation Infrastructure Authority to replace Charles Buddeke for a 5
term expiring May 25, 2026; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Russell Romine has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
175B.015; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Russell Romine to 13
the Kentucky Public Transportation Infrastructure Authority. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution to 15
Russell Romine of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky and to Governor Andy 16
Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
