A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Marc G. Farris to the Personnel 1
Board. 2
WHEREAS, on October 31, 2022, in accordance with KRS 18A.050 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2022-752, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Marc G. Farris to the 4
Personnel Board for a term expiring January 1, 2024; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Marc G. Farris has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
18A.050; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Marc G. Farris to the 12
Personnel Board. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Marc G. Farris of Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky and 15
to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 16
