A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Faith Lorraine Kemper to the 1
Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. 2
WHEREAS, on June 10, 2022, in accordance with KRS 164.011 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2022-324, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Faith Lorraine Kemper to 4
the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education to replace Kristi P. Nelson for a term 5
expiring December 31, 2024; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Faith Lorraine Kemper has been determined to meet the requirements 8
of KRS 164.011; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Faith Lorraine 13
Kemper to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Faith Lorraine Kemper of Fort Wright, Kenton County, 16
Kentucky and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
