UNOFFICIAL COPY 23 RS BR 1857 Page 1 of 1 XXXX 3/29/2023 1:24 PM Jacketed A RESOLUTION adjourning the Senate in honor and loving memory of Mrs. Patsy 1 Ruth Hall. 2 WHEREAS, Patsy Ruth Hall was born on September 14, 1931, to her late parents 3 Fred Coleman and Oma Bentley Coleman; and 4 WHEREAS, Patsy had a career as a schoolteacher; and 5 WHEREAS, Patsy was also a homemaker, married for 71 years; and 6 WHEREAS, Patsy was a member of the Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church for 7 close to 40 years; and 8 WHEREAS, Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Glenda 9 Lavonne Ison; and 10 WHEREAS, mourning Patsy's passing are her loving husband, Elder Glenn Hall; 11 her son-in-law, Tom Ison; two grandchildren, Dr. Keith (Renee) Ison, and Kristi (Ralph 12 II) Stanley; five great-grandchildren, Heather Makenzie Ison, Isabella Kate Ison, 13 Nicholas Keith Ison, Taylor Brooke Stanley, and Ralph Stanley III; and a host of other 14 family and community friends; 15 NOW, THEREFORE, 16 Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 17 Kentucky: 18 Section 1. The Senate extends its deepest sympathy upon the passing of Mrs. 19 Patsy Ruth Hall, and expresses heartfelt condolences to all her family, friends, and 20 community. 21 Section 2. When the Senate adjourns this day, it does so in honor and loving 22 memory of Mrs. Patsy Ruth Hall. 23 Section 3. The Clerk of the Senate is directed to transmit a copy of this 24 Resolution to Senator Phillip Wheeler for delivery to the family. 25
