A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Franklin A. Stivers as a member 1
of the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Board. 2
WHEREAS, on February 3, 2023, in accordance with KRS 342.215 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2023-070, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Franklin A. Stivers as 4
a member of the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Board for a term expiring January 4, 5
2027; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Franklin A. Stivers has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 342.215; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Franklin A. Stivers 13
as a member of the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Board. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of adoption to Franklin A. Stivers of London, Laurel County, Kentucky and 16
to Governor Andy Beshear, Room 100, State Capitol, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
